The search for the right house was made much more challenging because we were living in Durham region, but Cheryl was excellent in arranging time for us to look at many places across Kingston. Cheryl paid close attention to our likes and dislikes which paid off when she discovered a house that had just been listed; she used her initiative and intuition when she immediately called us … She understood that the house would sell quickly, that it was the home we we’re looking for, that we had to act quickly. Well, Cheryl’s instinct was correct: we are in our new home and we love it. We are not in the habit of doing reviews; however, in this case, we have to say that Cheryl Hamilton is best real estate agent we have ever dealt with! 5 stars.
